Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 11th February 2020

Qt 5.15:
- Feature freeze is in effect
   * But deprecating and adding replacements can still continue, see https://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2020-February/038705.html
- Alpha content should be in place now & qt5.git integration ongoing
- Target is to create alpha packages (also binaries) tomorrow & release alpha later this week
- API review started, see https://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2020-February/038674.html
   * Please start reviewing API changes immediately
