Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 31st August 2021

Qt 6.1 status:
- Qt 6.1.3 release content frozen & testing pretty much done
- We will release Qt 6.1.3 Wed 1st September
- Qt 6.1.3 will be the last release from Qt 6.1 series

Qt 6.2 status:
- Qt 6.2.0 Beta4 content almost ready; dependency update round ongoing
- Target is to release Qt 6.2.0 beta4 at the end of this week
- Preparations for RC to be started
   * Branching from '6.2' to '6.2.0' will happen Monday 6th September
   * RC target 14th September, RC Blocker list here: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=23260
      ** Only 12 issues open in the list and only 2 issues without a fix (proposal)
   --> please make sure all Qt 6.2.0 release blockers will be visible in the release blocker list now; we need to recognize all blockers now & get those fixed early enough for RC
   
Qt 6.3 Initial schedule:
- Schedule proposal sent to development ML a week ago (https://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2021-August/041713.html), no objections
--> Qt 6.3 Initial schedule is:
   * Qt 6.3 Feature Freeze 10th December 2021
   * Qt 6.3 Alpha release 16th December 2021
   * Qt 6.3 Beta1 release 12th January 2022
   * Qt 6.3 RC 2nd March 2022               
   * Qt 6.3 Final release 16th March 2022
