Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 9th February 2021

Qt 6.0.x status:
- Qt 6.0.1 finally released
- Target is to release Qt 6.0.2 at the end of February

Qt 6.1.0 status:
- Branching from 'dev' to '6.1' done
- New snapshot finally created, will be published tomorrow
- Target is to release Qt 6.1.0 Alpha at the end of this week
- API review to be started now
