Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 30th March 2021

Qt 6.0.x:
- Qt 6.0.3 will be released later this week
   * Content frozen, packages created and testing ongoing. All seem to be OK for the release.
- Target is to release Qt 6.0.4 still before official Qt 6.1.0 release
   * It will be the last release from Qt 6.0 series

Qt 6.1:
- String freeze in effect now
- Beta3 preparations ongoing. 
- Qt 6.1.0 RC target 13th April 2021
