Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 31st	May 2022

Qt 6.3:
- Branching from '6.3' to '6.3.1' will be started after dependency update round succeed in '6.3'
- Release target 14th June 2022 but we will release Qt 6.3.1 immediately when it is ready to be released
   
Qt 6.4:
- Module and platform freeze in effect
- Feature freeze will be in effect June 3rd 2022
- Target is to branch '6.4' from 'dev' Mon 6th June
- Target is to release Qt 6.4.0 Beta1 latest 16th June
- API Review to be started immediately after FF and branching

[17:06:10] <jaheikki3_> Target is to branch '6.3.1' from '6.' immediately after dependency update round succeed in '6.3'
[17:07:09] <jaheikki3_> And when branching done target is to freeze Qt 6.3.1 release content as soon as possible & get the release out when all is ready
[17:07:43] <jaheikki3_> Current release target is June 14th but we will do the release even earlier if possible
[17:08:08] <jaheikki3_> That's pretty much all about Qt 6.3 status at this time. Any comments or questions?

[17:10:52] <jaheikki3_> New Qt 6.4 modules are already in the dev snapshot
[17:11:25] <jaheikki3_> Qt 6.4 feature freeze will be in effect this friday

[17:14:55] <jaheikki3_> The target is to release Qt 6.4.0 Beta1 latest 16th June but hoping already earlier. It depends how well the dependency updates etc works at this time with the FF
[17:15:19] <jaheikki3_> API review will be started immediately after branching is done
[17:15:48] <jaheikki3_> That's all about 6.4 status at this time. Any comments or questons?
