Qt 6.5 status

  *   Qt 6.5.0 RC released
     *   Some findings reported, most urgent ones fixed in '6.5.0'
  *   Release blocker list empty -> Qt 6.5.0 release content is now frozen & package creation will start immediately after successfully dependency update in '6.5.0'
  *   We will release Qt 6.5.0 Mon 3rd April 2023

[17:05:55] <jaheikki3> Most urgent ones fixed and Qt 6.5.0 blocker list is empty

[17:06:33] <jaheikki3> So Qt 6.5.0 release content is frozen and package creation will be started immediately after successfully dependency update in '6.5.0'
