Qt 6.9 status

  *   Qt 6.9.0 RC is released  and testing is ongoing
  *   The target is to release Qt 6.9.0 31st March
     *    blocker list https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=27122
Qt 6.8 status

  *   Qt 6.8.3 release content isn't frozen yet, we are waiting last blocker fix to get merged.
  *   The target is to freeze Qt 6.8.3 release content asap and get the release out at the beginning of next week
