[Announce] Qt 6.0 Beta3 is out

Hi everyone,

We have published Qt 6.0 Beta3 today. You can update it to the existing online installation by using maintenance tool or use qt online installer to do new installation.
src packages are available in qtaccount and download.qt.io as well.

Delta to the beta2 attached.
