[Announce] Qt 6.7.0 RC2

[List for announcements regarding Qt releases and development]

Hi all!

Qt 6.7.0 RC2 is available via online installer. Src packages are also available in the Qt Account and download.qt.io. Delta to the first rc attached.

The target is to release Qt 6.7.0 final release immediately after the Easter, Tue 2nd of April 2024.
