Now I actually ran into a problem related to this 'in the wild', can
we have some information on the requirements listed on that task? why
do we need to list contact info (& in each file in particular - this
seems a bit heavy)?

Anyway, if we *do* need to include this information, wouldn't it be
easier to just dump it in README or something? It's not at all obvious
to me that it's the contact information of someone "distributing the
code" as you informed me on IRC, which is why I didn't include it on
my file.
