I'd like to second this nomination, and to re-iterate that we as developers are
responsible for the content of our class and module documentation.  The doc
team's role is primarily to provide us with tools for processing docs, guidelines
on good doc practices and style, and pulling together the more global docs
such as the overview and what's new pages.
