[Development] Qt Solutions on Gerrit

Hi,

As per some requests, Qt Solutions has been moved to Gerrit.

https://codereview.qt-project.org/#admin,project,qt-solutions/qt-solutions,info

https://qt.gitorious.org/qt-solutions/qt-solutions will become a read-only mirror and pending merge request will get a message that they need to be pushed to Gerrit instead.
