The following threads contain discussions about moving some classes (e.g. QIcon, QAction, QFileSystemModel, QUndoStack, etc) that are
currently in QtWidgets to an independent, self contained library:

- "Moving QUndoStack and QUndoCommand out of QtWidgets"
- "QStandardItemModel moved to "QtWidgets" module, not good idea?"

I believe these changes need more discussion, though.
In the case we agree with the mentioned changes, they must be in 5.0, correct?
