That would be nice, but I don't think QtPrintSupport can go as yet as
the Mac plugin implementation is actually in the main Mac platform
plugin and not in the printsupport plugin.  It's deeply entangled in
the Mac painting code, we'd have to duplicate or export a lot of code
to separate it out.  Windows probably has a few small entanglements
but are less of an issue.
