[Development] Please ensure to cherry-pick fixes from Qt 4.

Hi there,

Although mostly fixes go into Qt 5 first, I think at some point an exception 
for patches from Digia was discussed as long as they are forward ported 
promptly (a few other patches fell through the cracks too).

The forward porting doesn't seem to have happened much, so if you are a 
maintainer please look through patches in modules you care about and forward 
port them yourself. I've just done so for src/gui/itemviews.
