Third-party code (code you did not write) can only be imported after approval
by the Chief Maintainer and some scanning done by Nokia (that condition will
need to change).
First-party code with multiple first-parties can be imported if all parties
specifically and explicitly grant the CLA provisions to the code being
imported.
In this case, the first party is Nokia and there's only one copyright holder,
it seems. Provided you have the authorisation by your employer to contribute
the code under whichever Qt contribution terms apply to Nokia contributions,
it should be to simply import into Gerrit.
