I can't find any non-private use of this constructor:

    Q_DECL_CONSTEXPR inline QByteArray(QByteArrayDataPtr dd)
         : d(reinterpret_cast<Data *>(dd.ptr))
     {
     }

And I don't think it can ever be made a constexpr.
