[Development] Quick2 and Directx11 backend (Angle)

Hi,

With Corentin's permission, I have pushed a rebased and slightly 
polished version of the patch up to 
https://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,26797 for everyone to play 
around. The build instructions are inside the class documentation of 
QWindowsEGLContext.

Angle can also be built with qmake, as Morten pointed out: 
https://gitorious.org/qtangle/qmakeangle .
