[Development] Qt and /Zwchar_t- flag for MSVC

[Flex Ferrum]

In Qt 5 this option is already removed:

QMAKE_CFLAGS            = -nologo -Zm200 -Zc:wchar_t

But Qt 4.8 still contains one.
