[Development] qt-5.0.1 incorrect ..._install_prefix cmake vars ?

Hrm, I'm still fighting trying to get that to work.  I'll try to post 
details when I get more time (maybe even start a new thread while we're at 
it).

This is the case I mentioned above, they do pass 100% when run against the 
installed qt5
