Exactly. No-one benefits in making things hard for the users.


I hope we can fix this for 5.1 and more for the subsequent releases.


Even though there is an increasing number of pre-build binaries it should be easy and fast to build Qt when needed, as well as to choose which parts are taken in.

The point of pain is that something that used to work out of the
box does not work anymore. Requiring an extra download increases
user pain. Needlessly.
