Since this proposal came from Peter and I assume he discussed it with Richard,
and now Shane is endorsing it, that's effectively everyone who has a say in the
OpenSSL use in Qt.
Consider the decision made: Qt 5.2 will require OpenSSL 1.0 as a minimum
version.
