[Development] [Call for action] report duplicate JIRA & gerrit accounts

hi,

my little report below apparently didn't motivate very many people to
actually act, so here it's again, a bit more explicitly:

if you are an active contributor and have redundant dead accounts
(typically due to changing the employer), please report them to me, so i
can properly disable them - they are confusing other people who want to
assign issues/reviews to you.

if you have multiple accounts which you actually use ... well, you are
annoying. please consider alternatives. but you can leave it at that,
obviously. :D

if you have two jira accounts just because you created a separate
account for gerrit, but since then have concluded that this was a stupid
idea (which it was ;), you can ask me to map the gerrit account to the
active jira account and disable the other one.

regards
