[Development] Hi, why I cant login

Hi, since several months ago, I cant login on qt-project web site, I already have an acount but it seems to be blocked or something else. when I try to authenticate the site redirects me to a cute "offline" screen, I wonder if its an acount issue or it's for all the cubans.
