[Development] Qt 5.1 feature set and freeze date

Focus will be on releasing 5.1. We can still do a 5.0.x release if
required for e.g. security fixes, as we won't merge stable to release
until close to 5.1.0 final. If we need fixes after that, we'll simply have
to do them in a branch on top of the latest 5.0.x release.
