According to the Qt Project wiki, this is required to sign the agreement
in order to contribute to Qt, but it doesn't really matter. I'm worried
about legal issues regarding licensing in external repositories, and
about the overhead of having all contributors register developer
accounts in KDE as well.
Since the code was contributed to Qt Project, it makes sense to me to
host it here.
