[Development] [QtQuick] Views Version 2 from Qt CS

There's a rough outline of how we want views to look in QtQuick,
because the current ListView is unmaintainable and not extensible. See

for details.

Unfortunately, while everyone needs it, no-one has time. If anyone
wants the most interesting research project in the whole Qt project...
it's up for grabs!
