Hmm... looks like there are changelogs in each repository. I somehow missed 
all that.

My mistake. We should continue to have per-module changelogs.

We should fix qtbase.

I'll also adapt the script not to do a per-repository scan, as opposed to a 
"git submodule foreach" scan.
