With Qt5.3 we offer prebuild binaries for windows

- MinGW 4.8.2 OpenGL
- MSVC 2010 32 bit OpenGL
- MSVC2012 32 bit OpenGL
- MSWV2013 32 bit Angle
- MSWV2013 32 bit OpenGL
- MSWV2013 64 bit Angle
- MSWV2013 64 bit OpenGL
- WinRT
