[Development] QtLocation in Qt 5.4?

Hi Martin,

I just returned from holiday and the feature freeze did happen while I was gone.

On the positive side the branching has happened. On the negative side I have not yet made a decision on whether there is going to be any type of release. I need to consult with the relevant stack holders to start with. 

Considering that a full release would require a significant maintenance effort afterwards, I think the most you can expect (if any) is some form of tech preview. It also depends on what kind of commitments I get from developers working on it.

What is the state of development?
