Hello,

I see the preview doc about « QStorageInfo » on this website : http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/qt5-5.4/qstorageinfo.html#fileSystemType

But I don’t see anything about the “type” of the drives : internal, external, remote, …

Will it come in the near feature ?

No, not in the near future. Implementation of this functionality is flawed for Linux/Unix and i don't know (yet) how to implement it in the other way.

It seems that on Windows it will say what is the remote filesystem type (e.g. ntfs) whereas on Linux it will tell you the type of mount (e.g. nfs). Maybe it would be more appropriate if the type was CIFS or SMB on Windows too, because remote mounting is an abstraction: you shouldn't care what is the type of the remote FS, but knowing that it is a remote drive would be useful.
