[Development] Postponing QOptional till after 5.3

I don't have the time to write the class, the docs, the unit tests, fix all the 
issues we've found, integrate it with QVariant and possibly QtDBus in the next 
week.

So I'll just proceed to add overloads to toInt & family that take an int* 
instead of bool*.

If we decide to add QOptional overloads to them in Qt 5.4, that will be great.
