[Development] QtWebSockets inclusion on official Qt release

This is in reply to the proposal for QtWebSockets to be moved from the
playground to the official Qt
repository as an add-on (I wasn't yet a member of the development mailing
list when the original proposal/request for comments was sent). I'd love to
see this happen. I don't have any API suggestions; it looks simple and
clean to me.
