[Development] QtCS2014 - QtPrintSupport Session

Hi,

The notes form the QtPrintSupport session are available at

.  Basically it's a long list of all the work needing to be done to
finish the new print library.  While a lot is dependent on me finding
time, there are tasks other people could take on, primarily greatly
improving our PDF writer support and adding equivalent XPS file format
support for Windows.

For those in attendance, I've done a little more work on Windows XPS
format support, basically despite what MSDN says full XPS based print
workflow is available from Vista SP2 onwards, so that's likely to be
the minimum support level for the new library.  Details at
