We are indeed aiming for release with Qt 5.5. I've made a kanban board in JIRA
for the Qt3D 2.0 Release at

These are rather high-level, terse descriptions but more detail can be
provided if anybody wishes to help out.
A key task in order to be able to have a commercial release of Qt3D is
