I was wondering about the QUdpDatagram class.

I've been working on it for a couple of months and it's been ready for two 
weeks, only running into integration issues with the network tests and WinRT. 
If the CI hadn't been stuck for 36 hours this weekend, I would probably have 
finished it.

So I will integrate into 5.6 all the needed bits to support the class, but I 
will leave the class itself pending for 5.7.
