As for what to do: Where do your interests lie?

Would you like to work on a new feature you have in mind? You could browse 
bugreports.qt.io for enhancements from users that pique your interest.

Or do you want to optimize some exisiting code?

Or do you want to help improve the C++11 support in Qt?
