[Development] compilation of qt5.5 examples with qtcreator with visualstudio 2012 (msvc2012) fails - FIXED!!!

Thanks. This fixed the problem.I had initially run nmake install, this had
somehow confused qt from locating shell32.dll.

However, I have come up with the example application crashing.I will start
a new thread on this issue.
