[Development] Gertty, anyone?

Hi,

I've been meaning to look into Gertty, a command-line, offline, locally-caching 
client for Gerrit, but since it doesn't install from a .deb on my machine d/t 
missing or too old python libs, I'll go ahead and get the word out without 
having played with it before:
