[Development] Who are the right Qt developers to deal with this bug (broken keyboard shortcuts)?

Everybody's always placing a value on devs time,  but never on the just users who work hard too,  and contibute for free,  too. Ti the health if these "commervial products",  no less. 

If the answer to it-used-to-work-but-the-product-upgrade-broke-it really is DIY or pay for it,  thats just sad.  

But ok,  because there are really good options.  Macs and Windows work just fine.
