John, please don't forget that the developers have other things to do. Your 
bug has been triaged and is currently assigned to the person best able to fix 
it (Gatis). But note how it's a P3 bug. That means the P1 and P2 bugs assigned 
to him will get his attention first.

He'll get to it when he has time.

Unfortunately, that may be "one year from now" or later.
