[Development] Qt on Apple watchOS

Hi All,

Preliminary support for Qt on Apple watchOS has been merged to dev branch (targeting Qt 5.9): https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/159725/

Due to platform limitations, there is no support for graphical content like QtWidgets, QML, etc., but can be useful for sharing cross platform backend code.
