Well, feature-complete'ish. I recently found out we need clang 3.5 to use
deleted constructors in Chromium. Clang 3.4 has a bug which will cause it to
claim deleted methods causes ambiguity with non-deleted methods. So if we opt
for gcc 4.8, I would suggest demanding clang 3.5 as well.
