[Development] Minimum Deployment Platforms for 5.7 onwards?

Thanks John. The reason why we have been so far listing all the supported platforms is limitations of new platform versions until needed fixes are in place. Let's think how to best unify the way you propose to the wiki and doc supported platform pages. I do fully agree with you point, we need to make it very clear what is supported - especially now as the plan is to move a bit faster than before in the releases following LTS.
