[Development] Supported platforms for Qt 5.8

But how many really still use iPhone 4 still in 2017? Qt 5.8 is planned for October 2016.

Anyway, I leave it for the platform maintainers to decide, if there are no issues in keeping also these older devices supported, we of course can consider it.
