[Development] QtQuickControls for desktop: what's the plan?

OK, I think that's a very reasonable assessment. After that, if you have any ideas around creating a proper long term solution for QQC2 that doesn't rely on QStyle, we'd love to hear them! Patches are welcome as well. :)
