[Development] CI problems

Thanks for fixing the DNS issue.


I don't know about the dev blocking in Gerrit.


We were able to address the underlying infrastructure issue for a while, but the symptoms are back now :(

Has this been solved? I see 5.9 and 5.10.0 integrations, but dev is still
blocked.

The DNS issue has been resolved.
