[Development] Final downmerge from dev to '5.11' delayed

So.... are we frozen?

The CI integrated three times since your email for qtbase, all of them today 
(Friday).

I just want to know if I change my \since 5.11 to 5.12. The changes are ready 
and do not need other modification.
