[Development] Closing 5.13 branch after Qt 5.13.2 release?

We're currently merging (after the final 5.12->5.13 merge)
5.13 -> 5.14 -> 5.15 -> dev
with incidental extra merges to and from release branches as they come and go.
That gets to be somewhat burdensome for whoever is looking after merges.
