[Development] Qt 6 will need Debian maintainers

Hi everyone! I just wanted to notice that Qt 6 will need new Debian
maintainers, see

I'm posting this here for two reasons:

- I sincerely want to thank you all for the help you gave us during this time.
- Who knows, maybe someone reads this and considers stepping up to do
the packaging :-)
